Terms and Conditions
- Cancellation Policy - guests will receive a full refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in / no refunds guaranteed after the cancellation window unless the property is rebooked during that time (if rebooked, a refund reflecting the amount of the new booking will be issued - amount dependent upon # days and fluctuating prices)
- Prepayment for the cost of the entire reservation required at the time of booking
Cabin Rules:
- No smoking is permitted inside the cabin or on the decks. Damage deposits will be retained if guests smoke on the premises.
- Registered guests only - only those individuals registered as guests may stay overnight.
- Please respect check in and checkout times - it is necessary for our cleaners to have enough time to prepare the cabin for our next guests.
- Children must be monitored while in the hot tub.
- Young children must be supervised when playing the arcade game to avoid scratching the screen with the plastic guns.
- No food or drink in the bedrooms.
- Place all trash in bear proof receptacles and do not leave food outdoors for any reason. Wildlife frequents the property and though enjoyable from a distance, we don't want you to have any close encounters. Violations of this policy may lead to fines and retention of the damage deposit. Excessive trash can be dropped off at the trash depot.
- Please make sure you keep the hot tub lid down with the straps attached at all times when not in use. The cover has flown off when not secured. Guests will be responsible for damage if this occurs.
- Please leave the cabin tidy - our cleaners appreciate you doing a light clean by loading and starting the dishwasher as well as placing used towels in the shower/tub. Additional charges may be levied for excessive cleaning.
- Please use makeup wipes provided to avoid damaging towels and linens.
- Keep doors and windows closed when heating or cooling the cabin to help us avoid excessive utility charges.
- Guests will be charged for damages exceeding their deposit - though unlikely we encourage you to treat our cabin as you would your own.
- No parties allowed - noise levels and the number of guests entering the cabin will be monitored. Parties will be reported to the authorities and guests will be evicted immediately without a refund and security deposits will be retained.
- Fee for lost club card - guests will be charged $50 for lost cards.
- Guest security deposits will be retained for replacement cost of damaged items and linens.
- No pets are permitted on the property as indicated in our listing. Please leave your furry friends at home otherwise we will have to withhold your damage deposit of $500.
